Very serious about weight loss....?
I am a 17 year-old, 5'3", 135lbs female. I know that my BMI is considered healthy, but I want to lose about an extra 10-15lbs, or as close to that as I can, as quickly as I can. I will NOT do a crash diet, but I would like to know how some of you lost weight quickly. I need to lose most of it in my thighs and hips. My waist isn't my worry spot, but it could never hurt to tone it up. What diets, or exercises did you use? What do the doctors recommend? Thanks!
I really liked the many small meals, but with going to school, I can't do that. The food at school is very unhealthy, and it's only going to get worse as the year comes to an end. There really isn't any way for me to take my lunch or I would, with these new details, is there any other possibilities?

I'm only 15 [16 in a month]
and I'm about 177.
I was 186 until I started doing Turbo Jam everyday
and dieting! I also do step ups some days when I'm in a really good mood.
Balance your dieting and exercise and the pounds will just come off. :)
Try and keep active.
Don't eat sugary/junky snacks.

You can't choose where you want to loose fat, your body will decrease its fat levels overall even if you only workout your legs.
To lose weight, you should have small meals (probably around six per day) This will keep yourself full, but you won't be eating as many calories, since you will be eating less per meal. You want to burn the fat off, not starve it off. So, you should do cardio 30min. per day and at least 5 days a week. (The more you do, the better results you will get).
