Help with building muscle???Exercise suggestions?
What exercises do you suggest will help build lean muscle without using workout Equipment (besides 2-5lb weights) and how long each day would I have to do them for to build some muscle? Should I do them 6 out of 7 days a week????
Um...I'm not a 'dude' and I did NOT say I wanted to use qequiptment. I DO NOT want to use equiptment, and I DO NOT want to put on noticable amount of muscle. I just want to feel stronger. Read the question!

Dude, forget about building muscle without equipment. You might put a pound or two on doing pushups and pullups and stuff like that, but your never going to put any amount of noticeable muscle on, never ever.
