how do i put pics on hear so i can ask questions about my self?

You cannot directly put pictures, but you can post a link to direct people to your picture.

Create an account and upload your picture in an image-hosting website, like:

Flickr http://www.flickr.com/

Photobucket http://www.photobucket.com/

After uploading, copy the link from the link box above. When you ask a question, paste the link on the details box.

Done! People may now see the picture by clicking the link you posted. ☺☻☺

Um.. You must have either Photo bucket, Imagesahck, etc. Then, copy the link(Press the right side of the mouse), After that, ask the questions and paste the links to the picture

I find it hard to believe that no one previously had mentioned to you that asking questions about yourself can get you reported and banned from the site. That is chat and it is against the TOS.
