is a 16-year-old girl from Germany allowed to move to the USA without parents (only two 14-year-old friends) and finish school there??

    The Aufenthaltsbestimmungsrecht (the right of residence) in Germany is held by the parents until the child reaches the age of 18.

    Doesn't seem like a good idea to me but as far as it being legal, I'm not sure. Talk with your local law enforcement. They will let you know something.
