Will Halifax do something to cover the stink from the harbour this summer?

We're planning to see the Tall Ships and don't need the odour of raw sewage.

    the city is trying to fix up an old sewage treatment plant but that qwont be finished for a while

    Quelle(n): lived in halifax for 13 years, dad has job at halifax water (takes care of sewage and tap water)

    There are issues with the new sewage treatment plant, but it's getting better.
