does he like me or is he just looking for my cousin to say something?

so my cousin has this friend who he lives with who always says little flirty thing towards me like one night i was over there house and i said that whatever he had on smelled good and he was like oh well if you wanted to get in the shower with me you could....and i just laughed and my cousin was like oh my gosh shut up.

then another day i went back over and he was about to get in the shower and he was like alright stephanie im ready and i was like ready for what and he was to take a shower ............later that night he was like ya know stephanie if these guys are bothering you you can come in my room with me.

now does it seem like he likes me or is he just trying to bother my cousin by flirting with me? i am 18 and he is 20 so its not that big of a deal with the age.
