Is there anything I can do to help reduce my fatigue?

I am pregnant and I sleep a lot. I don't like to because I don't like to neglect my duties in the home. Does anyone have any safe tips that will give me a good pick me up?

    This has worked for me.

    I wake up and do some of my chores and then around 1 i take a nap and when the nap is over i go for a walk and i seem to be fine until its time for bed. The walk seems to keep me energized until everything else is done for the day.

    Get a good nights sleep first of all. If you nap only nap for about 15 mins or so. If you sleep longer then 15 mins you body thinks you actually trying to sleep sleep and you will be more tired when you wake up. Also walking everyday just getting out and doing somthing helped out alot with my fatigue! Good Luck

    Sleep, there is a reason why you are fatigued - you're pregnant! Sleep and sleep some more, there is serious work going on with your body and should not be brushed aside.

    Include at minimum 10 to 15 grams involving protein, which suppresses ghrelin, a new hormone that stimulates your urge for food. Include eggs, which are that can control hunger.

    Buy fun containers, and pack lunch and snacks from home.

    I am almost 10 weeks pregnant and I sleep alot also.

    The only thing I have found that works out for myself, is sleeping from 1am to around 11 am the next morning and I force myself through the rest of the day.

    You already know never for you to skip breakfast, but it's also crucial to eat within an hour of waking to further improve your metabolism.

    Eat regularly.

    Drink plenty of water.

    Nap.

    Do exercise suitable for a pregnant woman.

    Walk around the neighborhood.

    Go to the shopping malls and walk around.

    Go to the park.
