Nokia 5310 turns on and off by itself..?

Hello everyone!

Could anyone help please? My 5310 XpressMusic switches on and off by itself! I thought it was a virus, but some people say it cannot be infected with a virus since its OS is Symbian. What makes me wonder is that it sometimes goes to Profiles automatically and starts to change modes, general, silent, outdoor, etc and in the end it'll switch off! What makes it do so if it's not a virus?

I updated the software but in vain!

    try taking the battery out and put it back in after 30 seconds
