11 day old bunnies that may be constipated?

I have been feeding 4 baby bunnies with kitten replacer for 3 days,  I have only seen very small poops and when I roll them on their back their abdomen appears dark or purple.  I am worried that they are constipated, is there something that I can give them to help if this is the problem?

A mother rabbit licks the kits bottoms to stimulate them to poop and pee. You will need to take a washcloth with warm water on it and wipe them until they relieve themselves. If you don't do this they will end up dying.

Also kitten re-placer is not the right choice for rabbits. Cats eat meat and so the re-placer is formulated for meat eaters. rabbits are herbivores. You should use goats milk with a little corn syrup and eat mixed in.
