How to set up a 2 man tent URGENT LOL?

Hiii!

One of my friends gave me a 2-man tent for free but being a duma$$ i dunno how to set it up.

Anway so it has steel L shaped pegs? with a long white wire.

I had no toruble spreadthe tent and inserting the 2 sets of poles. Each pole has 6 segments that sort of interconnect with each other. Each of these 6 segments are connected internally by a white elastic rope.

Now when I inserted these they formed a X shape of the tent and my tent was actually up! But I don;t know how it is supposed to be curved on the top"???

Should I leave some of the pole not connected? Need help!!

Hello

You have the 2 poles which fit into the straps on the ground sheet.
You may have to tie a strap to hold the poles together where they cross.
The other part that goes over the top may just be a square of fabric which then goes over the top and is tied. This will then cover a vent iin the top of the tent to keep the rain out.
If your white strings or Guy ropes are not tied to the tent then do so to the black external tapes about 2/3 of the way up the tent, 2 Front and 2 Back. These are tied to the pegs and adjusted as required.

no, leave the poles connected - they bend!!! its very tough sometimes though but you wont break them so just sort of force them, hahah  i do =]]

once youve got the poles secured you just sort of go round putting pegs everywhere you can find lol, pullling the tent and guy ropes (ropes on the outside of it) taught .
