In the first picture and at that certain angle yes but other wise he looks nothing like him, b/c of the chin.
But Bill is still super unique and no one could ever take his place

What a freaking weirdo, serioulsly this guy needs to live his life not someone elses (Bills). I will admit in some pictures he does look like Bill, but when he says on the interview, taht his dream is to be independant and prform in other countries, well you cant be independant if you are copying someones style, i really dont know what else to say, but this kid needs to get a life.

No, but he looks pretty good as Bill, a bit small though.
He doesn't have the shine as Bill does, maybe it's because he's just copying some else's style!

WOAH!they DO look like Bill!im not sure if its a girl or a guy...the jaw looks a lil too muscular to be a girl...i can definitly tell it isnt Bill though.at first glance its like "omg!Bill Kaulitz!" but when you look closer you can tell
