TATTOOS, OR BODY PIERCINGS?

I would go for a piercing above a tattoo. Because, I got my first tattoo when I was 14, my friend did it, with a home made rig, Because I couldn't find a tattoo shop that would do it. And hey, it was free. Something I thought that I was really passionate about at the time, turned out, I ended up hating it within months. That tattoo wasn't bad, in a sense the friend did a good job. But the actual tattoo design itself, i regretted it until the day I got it covered. Which is with like 3 of my tattoos. I snuck out in my teens and got them. and regretted them within weeks. As a teenager, everything seems to be a phase. So, i'd opt for a piercing. Nothing too dramatic. I'd go for nose, belly button, lip, industrial, or something like that.

You are wayyyyy too young to have a tattoo. I think you are too young to get anything but your ears pierced, but at least a piercing isn't permanent. If anything, I would say get your nose pierced. It's cute and not something considered slutty.

Tattoos should take a lot of thought and planning about something you are really passionate about or that means a lot. I don't think there was anything I was passionate about when I was 13 that I am still passionate about now. That 8 years ago. You still have a lot of life ahead of you, wait until you have a few more things figured out before you get a tattoo.

piercings, go for it. depending on the kind of person you are, nose piercing, lip, tongue, belly button, eyebrow. all good stuff.

tattoos, hypothetically i was ok with a 13 year old getting a tattoo, i still would not suggest it. your not going to find a professional willing to do a tattoo on such a young girl, in risk of losing there Business, tattoo license, fine and what else not. and if you go for a person willing to do it out of there house, your chances of getting a good, clean tattoo are very low. risk of infection and scars for life are high. there is a reason they are in their home tattooing and not in a legit business.

i gotten my first tattoo at 15, 2 years older than you and i am not too happy about it now. 4 years later.

You are too young to need anything done.

I got my belly button and nose done and my first tattoo at 15 - my mom kinda helped me through that one.

if i were you i would save the tattoo for later and go with a lip piercing or something

Way to young for anything. Anything and everything in that area is extremely painful, but whatever you decide to do, make sure you can handle it.
