question about getting my legs bigger?
well, i am a 40 yr old male, i work for the postal service as a mailman, i walk about 5 miles a day. as a result i have thin legs. i know i need to do squats to get them bigger, but as to not overtrain, how many sets, reps, times per week should i do.

Cardio such as walking, does make you fitter and skinner, if you don't eat alot. Saying that, squats make your legs stronger, but also wont make them bigger unless you eat alot of high proteined foods. These could be meats or other vegetables, and you would have to do at least 50 per day or 100 every two days for any visual difference. I'm not an exersise nut but we learn this type of stuff at rowing... Hope I helped! ♥
