When funded after closing?
i'm about to start the renovations to my home and was just wondering, Do you get funded on the actual third business day after closing, or is the third day the funds are actually sent by fed ex?

That would depend on the bank you are borrowing money from. Most banks wire the money directly into your account-when they do that depends on the local laws and the bank policy.
