Who knows the difference between 'college' and 'collage'?
I know it, I'm just wondering how many alleged native speakers and users of English know how to spell these words properly.
Atomic puppy, yes, I do know this, but I keep coming across the two of them mixed up on YA. Drives me nuts. This is a way of pointing out this very common mistake.

Be aware that there is a very distinct difference in terminology between the USA and the rest of the world. In the US, there is very little difference academically between a "college" and a "university". Universities are usually larger and often contain multiple "colleges" within them. However, some of the top-ranked schools in the US have a name including "college" (ex. Dartmouth College).

collAge;
is a work of formal art, primarily in the visual arts, made from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole. Use of this technique made its dramatic appearance among oil paintings in the early 20th century as an art form of groundbreaking novelty.
