How do I add Yahoo toolbar?

I just got a new computer and cannot add Yahoo toolbar. I already clicked on view and toolbars. Yahoo is not an option under it. Is there a way to add it?

You Probably need to "allow" the browser to add the toolbar and this is the way to do this...

Go to Tools
Click on Options 
Privacy Tab 
Sites- 
Click ALLOW
APPLY
OK 
OK
then try and go and install your toolbar again
