Microsoft WORD question.. What do these sentences mean?

Let's see if i can help you out ..

Sentence one ..

a. you must type your sentences using a size 12 font,

b. set your spacings to double space. you do this by

- click "Home" tab and middle part where it says "paragraph" there

a small down arrow icon - click that and a dialog box appears

- on the dialog box, look for "Spacing" .. choose "Double" and click

"OK" and then

c. page set up so that you have 1-inch margin top, bottom, left and right margins. you can do this by ...

- Click "Page Layout" and on the "page set up group" there's a

small down arrow icon, click that and a dialog box appears

- on the dialog box. the top portion is the margin, just make sure

everything reads 1 inch then click "OK"

Sentence two ..

a. meaning you keep typing till you reach the right margin and it will automatically continue on the 2nd line. this process is called "word wrap"

b. press the "enter" key 2 times after you type in the title (pressing it twice creates 2 spaces). do the same after each heading and after each paragraph.

i believe the elements referred here to are the title, headings and paragraphs

12 pt font is the size of the font, double spaced means the distance between the lines, one inch margins means the sizer of the margins on the edge of the page (go to file\page setup and change only the left, right, top and bottom margins to 1).

i don't really know what the next thing is, but from what it says, i think word does that automatically? and the last thing is after every title heading or paragraph press the enter key twice
