Why does American Idol 8 only gets 3 contestants per group when they need top 12 and there's only 3 groups?

Ryan Seacrest said that the final three would be wildcards.

Start paying attention to the talking AND the singing and maybe you won't come on here to ask questions that were already answered on the show...

After the 3 groups perform, there will be a Wildcard show where they bring back 3 contestants eliminated during the Top 36. One from each group I'm guessing, but I'm not sure how it'll work out yet. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

they will get 3 contestants each group each week, after that they will select wild cards to compete for the final 3 spots left on the top 12. in that way the final 12 will be complete and the competition between the 12 contestants will begin...

i think of Lil Rounds stands out as the utmost vote getter for the girls individuals. regrettably i think of the blind guy gets it for the lads (he would not deserve it nevertheless Jorge does!), than the subsequent vote getter would be a tossup between Kendall and Felicia, I say Kendall, she has extra character! playstation : Ann Marie Boskovich would desire to outstage all of them...(nicely possibly no longer Lil haha)
