What are the claims made Creationism?

Creationism is limited to the idea that there was a super-natural creator of life.

Even some 'creationists' can have faith that evolution 'completed' what the creator started.

But this creationist has confidence that each animal re-produces after it's own "kind", that species are dying off, and that sin created 'death' and defects in all of creation, - including the universe.

The so-called appearance of species in archeological strata can be for one of a few reasons:

1. aliens dumped their bio-trash here.

2. critters evolved.

3. there was insufficient numbers of a species before-hand, - to make a fossil.

3b. Land lost to plate tectonics means some 'earth' will never be found.

Okay first of all there is no validity in creationism at all. And I think if you try to write this paper maybe you should buckle down on a specific kind of religion. Because when you mention creationism you'll have like 100,000+ religion that claims it. Evolution has NOTHING to do with creationism btw. Evolution just simply states how we humans/animals etc evovled while creationism states how everything the earth plants etc are made. You need to look into abiogensis more for that. If your trying to compare Creationism maybe you should try studying the big bang and then come with your own conclusion what was before the big bang(most people like richard darkiwns?<--- forgot how to spell his name) claims that everything before the big bang doesn't matter since the big bang is the beginning point of time. But that's all up for interpretation. good luck hope i made sense o__o;

Creationism is more of a story, or rather, a belief based on the literal interpretation of a 3500ish year old story.

That or modern science? Should make for a great conclusion.

A scientific theory must make specific predictions, and therefore it must be falsifiable. Creationism, by positing an all-powerful creator as it's "mechanism", predicts literally *anything*, which means it cannot be falsified, and is not science.

The stars were created after the earth is one of the claims. If that were true most of their light would not have reached us yet and we woudl not be able to see them.

The majority of their papers are copy and pasted from the bibles and the rest is speculation.
