Childcare / Nanny when I am back to work?

I am assistant manager of a Nursery and we have people come to look round when they are pregnant for child care. If you look round places now at least you will get an idea of what places offer.

I am am biased with Nursery's both my two children go and love it b ut you have to decide whats best for you. You could always register with a Nursery and confirm dates and stuff later on. at least that way you know baby has a place and you don't have to think about it. believe me the less worries the better.

I would try someone in the family, but if that cant happen try and set up hidden cameras in your home for some months, because all nannys ain'tgood these days. I'm not trying to scare you, but its reality, I have see vvideoof nannys hitting newborns and is sicking.

get a list of childminders/nannies etc in your local area and start enquiring now - it may take a while to find the right one for you and who has a vacancy. If you wish to ask a childminder to hold a space for you then they may charge a retainer or deposit but if you find one you are really happy with then it may be worth it.

As soon as possible-you may need to visit a few people or interview a few people before you find the right care.it will also give you time to get to know them before you introduce your child to them.I'm a registered childminder and one lady came to visit me when she was 16 weeks pregnant!!

as soon as possible, most childcare places have a waiting list and you want to look around nurseries and make sure there right one

Nannies im not so sure

u can get a nany search once ur baby is 6 mts old.. cong to be a mother
