How can I remember my dreams?

I really would like to remember my dreams better. Do you guys have any tips? And one other thing, usually I will wake up about two hours before I am supposed to get out of bed, then I will go back to sleep and have multiple very vivid dreams, why is this? And, how do I have vivid dreams thorough out the night rather than just in the morning? Thank you in advance!

    I used to NEVER remember my dreams, but I wanted to, too. I kept an open empty jewelry box by my bed, and before I went to sleep I kindof imagined the dreams going from the back of my head into the box, and I open it ONLY when I'm in my bed going to go to sleep, and I close it in the morning. I don't really know if that has something to do with it, but whenever I open the box before I go to bed I remember my dreams.

    idk y u have these dreams but maybe sleep with a notebook and pencil by your bed and as soon as u wake up, write down everything u remember. Also maybe set an alarm at the time rite b4 u usually have the dreams if u want them 2 stop. when i was young i had the same nightmare evry nite at the same exact time and would wake up screaming, crying, and throwing up. The doctor said to wake up rite b4 i usually had the dream untill the dreams stopped. it worked 4 me

    Keep a dream book by your bed I have a pillow if i touch ot i rember my dreams

    We always do rember them but having somthing (like her jewlrey box)

    Lets us rember more vividly cause we can hav a visible represintaition

    It's not something someone can be trained to do, but it's how your body trains itself to react to this and usually the REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement) you can see your dreams more vividly and remember them easier.

    You can't MAKE yourself remember dreams. Only 1% of all dreams are remembered.

    Write them in a notebook whenever you wake up.
