Does anyone have access to online censuses at the moment?

Question

My subscription to 1901census.com has just ran out, I don't really want to pay again for just one search. If anyone has access to one of the census sites at the moment could you please look something up for me?

I'm looking for the 1851 census transcript for Esther Millard aged 10,  living in Clifton, St Philip and Jacob. If anyone has access and would tell me who else was living in the house at the time I would be very grateful.

Where are Clifton, St Philip and Jacob?  Are they towns?
