How can you tell if someone is pregnant?

Well, my friends and I know someone that we think might be pregnant, what are some signs that she might be? Also, what are some ways to drop subtle hints to ask her without being rude, or coming right out and asking her? Please no rude answers!

Update:

Hey guys! Thanks so much for all of your great answers, they all really help! You guys rock!

Signs of pregnancy is nausea, fatigue, back aches, sore breasts and nipples, excessive eating or lost of appetite, crampiness in the abdomen area, and a missed period. Every woman is different though. You might not want to ask her because sometimes woman get offended when you ask if there pregnant or how far long they are. Believe me i had people ask me and I wasn't even pregnant just big due to eating soo much and that made me mad to where I wanted to just punch them in the face. So you might not want to ask her yet till she says something about it to you and your friends. Maybe she might want to just come out and say it when she feels it's appropriate to say it. Hope this helps.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://biturl.im/aU3wb

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Not to be rude....But honestly If she wants you to know she will tell you. Until then it is best to just mind your own business. She will let it out when she is ready. There aren't any 100% signs that you could tell from looking at her, other than the obvious bigger belly, which she won't get until she is about 5 months. But I would leave well enough alone if I were you and wait for her to tell you.

I agree with NUgirl...sometimes people don't want anyone to know for a reason. If you go prying...you may open up a can of worms.

  • I dont often get preachy, but here's the deal:

When I was in the early part of my pregnancy, I was exceedingly nervous about miscarriage, which is fairly common before 12 weeks. So we didnt tell anyone about the pregnancy until after that period.

But I found it SUPER annoying, to the point of anger, that friends and others were prying and insistent about whether or not I was pregnant. They watched me like a hawk every time alcohol was around and would pounce on me if I wasn't drinking. It got to the point that my husband and I would fake me having a glass of wine (I'd hold it and he'd sip it down when no one was watching) just to get them to lay off.

if your friend isn't telling you she's pregnant, she's got a reason. You'd be a far better friend to just respect her reasons and wait for her to tell you when she's ready.

On this baby, I am 20 weeks today! I knew for 4 days, I am kind of thin so I must have started to bloat but a guy yelled out" ARE YOU PREGNANT?" I only knew a couple of days, I still am kind of offeneded that I didn't even get a chance to take it in before big mouth blurted it out to everyone. It was embarrassing. I just said why do I look pregnant? but the cat was out of the bag really.

Just wait for her to say something.

lets be honest its none of your business unless your friend decides to tell you.

I was asked straight out by a teenage girl in my college class infront of everyone. I had hoped to keep it quiet until at least 12 weeks but with everyone watching and my reaction it was impossible not to get caught out.

I am now more worried than ever that something might go wrong and then i have to go round everyone and let them know.

Just leave her be for now and wait for official confirmation and whatever you do dont ask or blurt it out.

If your friend is newly pregnant then maybe she doesn't want anyone to know because of a chance of miscarriage that could happen the first 12 weeks.

She will let you know when she is ready.

Moods swings, weight gain, change in appetite, aches and pains are all symptoms associated with pregnany. You should tell the person you are concerned about that she should talk to her obstetricain/gynecologist.

Without asking her some obvious symptoms are weight gain and flushed skin from increased blood flow.
