Unplug the internet line, uninstall the junk and install these (if necessary in safe mode - press F8 at the start of the pc) one by one with each necessary reboot done.

Reconnect the line and update them (Spybot has it manual).

That's all. Now admire how fast and safe your pc is (only if you never use IE again).

The recovery disk can be obtained by making a call to Dell Support Center. It's your last resort.
