I went through this about 6 months ago and bought ETYMOTIC RESEARCH EAR BUDS. They come with 3 different ear cushions and a cleaning tool and other accessories. I paid between 135 and 165 for them. I am completely happy with these they perform as well as my regular Bose ear phones.
