This has went on a good while so I bet other people have said things

when you speak of this don't they! I am guessing that you have a tumor or enlarged Blood vessel in you brain or spine. The weakness is

really a sign of some problem.

I would say you spend too much time in front of the computer. The neck pain would come from bad posture, and the hand tremors most likely from bad typing practices. The light headedness will come from looking at the screen. For your neck, sit with your back arched and your butt and shoulders should be about at the same place with your chest out. For your hands, make sure that you are making your forearms have an angle to your wrists. Your hands should be facing straight towards the screen and your arms should be out a bit. As for your head, just don't spend as much time at the computer!!

With just the signs and symptoms you describe, I'd say you need to visit a physician, who will probably refer you to a neurologist. Parkinson's Disease is the first thing that comes to mind. There are others that cause those signs and symptoms too - and don't despair; there are treatments that can help quite a bit. But if you don't see a physician, things will only get worse, and that will happen faster.

I dunno, to me it sounds like you could have a misalignment of the vertebra in your neck which is causing a pinched nerve. I would first see a chiropractor and get a neck x-ray done to see if that's the issue. If your neck is fine, you need to go see a neurologist. The twitching is a nerve issue due to something or other.

Monitor your blood glucose levels. If you have diabetes, monitoring your blood glucose levels will help keep your blood glucose under control and may help improve your neuropathy.
