Depends what you want it for really. You didn't post the models of your cards so I don't know who made them. But I would avoid ATI integrated video cards, try to find something like an HD nVidia card. Just from past experience, ATI cards in laptops really suck. Nothing will run to anything close to full speed, even with 3 gigs of ram. Unfortunately I did just that, and regret it.

both are good..but i do not know what u intend to do with ur laptop..if u r a gamer then go for the lap with 358 mb. else the latter...vista will work good in the one with 2.16ghz model..and dont partition hdd..they suggest only one partition.

Go for the first one as it has a graphic card and bluetooth. Also a higher speed processor
