Travel Rewards Credit Cards; Capitol One?
Im considering the No Hassle Miles Ultra Credit Card for Professionals of Capital one which offers 2 miles per dollar spent with an annual fee of $39 and 9.9 APR and no expiration of miles or blackout days. The other option is 1.25 miles earned for each dollar spent with no annual fee. Does this sound like a reasonable or good offer or are there any better choices out there? Has anyone used their rewards program before? Any good or bad experiences when trying to get the rewards?

my ex wife had a pay for fee credit card for airline miles with contneintal. if have free or no fee credit cards. I cannot see paying for the fee. Most airlines will give you a frequent flyer.
The 9.9 apr will expire, never believe the cc companies.
