Communal disharmony will thrive only so long as religious leaders of the type of present days continue to head the religious institutions .the present leaders do not believe in communal harmony and the present state of affairs bears ample testimony to this.

If someone doen't belive in it ,silence would be my message.Everyman has the right to follow his religion as it is considered his path towards God,if he can't tolerate other religion then he is too ignorant and dealing with him doen't make any sense.
