How to make random filenames?

I am looking for a free ware program to give my picture files random names if you know of such a program, I would be grateful to you.

BTW I'm using Windows Vista

    Or you could create the files based on the system time at the point you generate the filenames:

    e.g. 25st December 2008 12:00:31 you get

    25122008120031.jpg
