If you are an American you need to have your husband write a letter stating that you have his permission to bring your daughter to the Philippines. You need to have it notarized.

The reason for ths is they just want to make sure there are no custody issues and someone is trying to run away with the children.

Are you a current or former citizen of the Philippines?

If so, your daughter is entitled to stay in the Philippines for up to a year without a visa, so long as she enters the Philippines at the same time as you. The same applies to your husband.

However, since your husband is coming two weeks later, he will only qualify for a 21 day visa waiver and will have to pay for extensions if he wants to stay longer than 21 days, depending on what country he is a citizen of.

If you are not a current or former citizen of the Philippines, you daughter will still qualify for a 21 day visa waiver, depending on what country you are a citizen of.

The act that allows your daughter to stay for a year without a visa is republican act 9174, instituting a balikbayan program. You can read more here

If you are not a balikbayan, you can read more about tourist visas here:

Well if she is 15 years old she isn't an infant. What's her nationality? For UK nationals, all you need is your passport and proof of purchase of a flight out of the Philippines. You will then be granted a tourist visa.

Please make your question clearer and anyway enjoy the Philippines. Get out of Manila is my best advice. A place full of scamming taxi drivers and frightening looking people. Go to the tourist islands of Bohol or Camigiun.

It may not be a requirement but you should at least check with your pediatrician about vaccinations or inoculations for your baby. She might not be as resistant to the elements and pollutants in Philippines.
