lawful citizenship of australia or czech republic?

i'll try to paint the scene as best as i can. we have a czech man and an australian woman. they were never married but had five kids who were born in australia. but the dad ended up w/ custody so he took all the kids back to czech republic to live for many years until they were of legal age.

i know that australia permits dual citizenship but cz.repub restrict it. so do the kids end up losing australian citizenship and jus hold czech?

no, they will not loose the Australian citizenship,
even tough the Czech do not authorize dual citizenship.
the country that does allow dual citizenship cannot control other countries laws;
