Is God wrathful for no reason?

For the same reason, I suppose, G-d suddenly decided to kill Moses, then changed his mind. A little manic depressive.

God isnt bloodthirsty.

God didnt banish Hagar and Ishmael to the desert; Sarah did.

Ishmael's not considered Abraham's firstborn. Sarah's the legitimate wife, so her son Isaac is Abraham's firstborn.

God didn't banish Hagar, Abraham did at the request of Sarah, God was the one that redeemed them as they were dying in the desert, because it wasn't their fault Abraham and Sarah didn't wait for their child "Issac", so there's your sign. Satan and corrupted men are the reason for savagery, not God's intention, man just has a difficult time following God's example, and falls to temptation often, like the rant you are on now, and probably mine too is influenced in some way to not align completely with God's will.

He isn't "blood Thirsty". He loves us all so much that he gives us the Freedom to choose. We are the ones who choose the path to go on. He wants us to choose him. He gave his only son to die for us, for all of our sins. That is pure and unconditional love. Read more of the story of Hagar and Ishmael and you will get more insight into why things happened.

We all sin and we all have to pay the consequences of our actions. It doesn't mean blood has to be shed. Jesus shed his blood for us.

"god" is all of us, we are responsible for our own actions, we are the ones who are so blood thirsty, since before man could talk and write we have been learning new and improved ways to kill our selves more efficiently

God wants to punish them by themselves before his punishing later.

God has His reasons and I trust in Him and in those reasons.

Don't listen to what most people say about God, but seek Him for yourself and you will find out what He is like. Seek and you will find.
