what training i must do....?

Hi guys, i'm an italian american football player. It's the first time that i practice this sport in Italy and i can know what training i must do for the strengh and speed because here don't teach us very well...

i don't know my position yet...i think i play in offense and defense formation.

    try running 1/4 miles and then progress as your legs get stronger.

    get a dvd upper body work out.
