About the One World thing................?

I don't dream or consider the impossibilities.The world will never be one.Just in your limited way help others.That is fine.

as far as language, we have a verse in Sanskrit.

The mother tongue and the mother land of any one are better than HEAVEN.

So all languages are the Best for those whom they are the mother tongues.

My Arabic language is the best ever, every sound in a word has means something points to the meaning of the wholw world.

I'll be satisfied if every country or nation achieved dignity and peace for its people and kept the peace and dignity of other nations and help them to achieve these goals if they were in need.

I rather to see many nations with different believes, culture and lifestyle

so that u can enjoy these variations, and feel the effects between nations (keeping the peace and dignity)

there is a verse in Quran that points to this variation. here it is with translation.

Surah alhojorat, verse 13

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا ۚ إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ (13)

[13] O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Verily, the most honorable of you with Allâh is that (believer) who has At-Taqwâ (i.e. he is one of the Muttaqûn (the pious.). Verily, Allâh is All-Knowing, All-Aware.

this point in the second part of the verse (the most honorable of you with Allah is the one of Taqwa (means fears Allah's punishment)

which can not be measured by humans, So, nobody can has the right to say Im or my nation is better than another person or nation

I don't see the world all adopting one language any time soon. However, it would be nice if we could all try to make sure that we speak the language of a particular country before trying to work or settle there.

Being British and seeing swarms of economic migrants arrive who want the material benefits of our society without being able to speak our language (beyond "where's my dole cheque?" and "f**k you!") does tend to give you that point of view.

English is becoming the universal language so they say but there are still thousands of other languages. We will all have one language in heaven and on the new earth. God bless.

have you sen the fim ''blade runner'' ? they have a mix of all languages on that. we will probably end up talking something like that.

possibly keep our own languages but the major ones will be taught worldwide to effectively communicate, while the others would possibly still be spoken as a bunch of regional dialects

I would predict a set of Sound waves that overlap with light waves in frequency and possibly other extremes we semi-evolved products are ill equipped to handle.

We should make a "texting" based language comprised of (non)words like OMG WTF OMW TTYL BFF BYOB LOL ROFL LMAO UR DUH .
