My McAfee program says, Press "Start". Where is "Start"?

Update:

The instructions for my new McAfee program say that I should insert the disc and press start. Perhaps my problem is that nothing is coming up. Help!

    If the program is not coming up then go to <my computer> right click the drive the disc is in and click auto play. If that doesn't work right click the drive and click open, explore the files until you see the exe file usually the shiny one with the program icon.

    Right click on the Drive your CD is in in My Computer, and pick Open.
