What is the most trustworthy charitable organization to donate to?

There are so many. Examples are: Red Cross Disaster Services, Food Pantry, Salvation Army, United Ways, etc.

If you have any other doubts, talk to your local Social Services office. They have a directory of all the charities that work with the poor, especially when it comes to feeding them.

If you need help in locating your nearest Social Service office, contact the International Bureau of Special Investigations. Their directory covers 115 of the 126 countries of the planet.

There are many reputable organizations you can donate to with regard to feeding the poor. There is Meals On Wheels, which is an organization that has been around for many many years which provides food to the poor and the disadvantaged as well as the elderly. You can also donate to local churches and parishes who always need help in feeding the poor in their communities. Another good way to assist in feeding the poor is to donate to your local food bank. Lol want to feel even better about donating? and know wr your money went? find a near buy shlter and donate the food to them. i do that, and im a 16 year old girl... im now starting up a Orgenization, for kids with canser, i have this going for 5months now, i do not beg for money tho. i work for it,pickin up cans, selling soda, food shirts mowing, help ppl for tips, and so far, im close to $3000. yet im the only one doing this.. no help xD but half of it did come from the 4 festvls i was in..they buy stuff like crazy!

Yourself. Don't donate any money to no organization, believe me it will not go where you intended it to go. Find someone really in need of the money (if you have it to give), get a receipt use the rest of it on yourself. I've tried for years to donate to organizations only to be lied to, the money went in personal pockets, and for things i didn't donate for. For goodness sense you will probable need it in your old age.
