Really worried about my cat?
He hasnt eaten since Friday and even on friday I noticed he left his wet food and just had a few biscuits, yesterday morning he didnt he didnt even come down for his pouch and lied down sleeping, which I thaught was odd but didnt think much of it as I thaught he wasnt hungry, yesterday afternoon he lied in the sun, bare in mind he's a black and white cat therefore attract st he sun more and I was calling him all night to come in for his food and didnt realise he was upstairs lying on his blanket which is something he rarely does as he's such an active cat,my dog Cymro and him always have a little play before bedtime,Cymro started pawing him last night to start play and Rameses basically just growlled and hissed at him, eventually he went to lie on the stairs and I have been up and down all night checking on him and he hasnt moved an inch until 6am when he came downstairs and was sick but it was yellow bile,he hasnt eaten or drank attall yesterday(unless he had a drink outside which is highly unlikly) he's got himself upto the attic now and is sleeping on his blanket,he's letting the other cats pass him where as usually he'd have a pounce and try and wind them up but he's just lying there, its so not Rameses. Gonna call emergency vets at 9 and see what they say,can do without the emergency call out if I'm honest but its a necessity unless the vets say otherwise,I hate seeing them ill. He doesnt appear to have been hit or anything but when I go and pick him up(bare in mind he doesnt like to be picked up anyhow) he growls and hisses at me but he's walking fine when he is walking,I'm wondering if its sunstroke but these symptoms had started really yesterday morning so not 100% sure its that, another thing is that he could of picked up some poison but still not sure.
I feel so helpless

It certainly sounds like he's not feeling well. I doubt it's sunstroke, him being black and white would not make him more or less prone to sunstroke and given he was laying in the sun of his own accord he would have moved before he had been there long enough to get ill from it.
You might want to consider making him an inside cat. There are a variety of reasons he could be sick if you allow him outside. He could have eaten something bad for him, a neighbor who doesn't want other peoples animals in their yard could have poisoned him, he could have gotten in a fight with another cat and has an abscess somewhere, he could have eaten a mouse that was infected with parasites that have not transferred to him. I had a cat die once from eating a mouse that had eaten rat poison right before my cat caught it. There are so many ways a cat can be harmed from being an outdoor cat. There really is no way of knowing unless you get him to a vet.
Has he had all his vaccinations, especially feline leukemia? Cats should never be let outdoors or around other cats without this. I certainly hope it's something else.
Call the emergency vet asap tomorrow morning and explain the symptoms and when the last time he ate was. They'll let you know if you need to bring him in or if it can wait until Monday when your regular vet is open. It could be something simple as just the flu or cold. Cats can get that. In the mean time try to feed him some water with an eye dropper if possible and keep him comfortable. Go to the store and get some Gerber baby food, for 2 months old. I've given that to my cats when they are ill and they eat it up when they'll eat nothing else. I'll spoon feed to them so they don't have to get up. It's a nice treat but something not to give them all the time as it's for humans. But it's away to get something in his belly.
As always, give him an extra helping of love. I'm so sorry. :(

He should of been seen on Friday. It sounds like he may be painful. Cats are stoic, and when they are sick, they usually don't complain, they just hide. If they show pain, then it is usually unbearable, and life threatening., If he goes outside, there is a possibility he may have gotten into a fight. If he has a abscess brewing, his temperature can skyrocket, and he may need to get fluids under his skin to not only cool him down, and rehydrate him. Bottom line, take him to the vet. It Murphy's law that pets get sick on weekends and holidays, and that is why there are 24 hour emergency clinics, so they can be examined at this hour,. The longer you wait to take him, the worse he will get..and the more it will cost. Cats cannot go with out food/H2O for long, if they do, their bodies will start shutting down, starting at their Liver and Kidneys.
Good luck.

My cat doesn't eat as much during warm weather, but your cat being sick suggests there might be something wrong with his tummy.
I agree you should call the vet this morning to be on the safe side. I hope it is something simple and he is back to normal soon.
Edit; Love your dog's name.
Edit again; sharliz79. The cat ate on Friday, albeit just a little. Surely you don't call the vet everytime your pet doesn't eat every bit of it's food.

honestly, you should check with the vet before us. They went to school for this, and are much more experienced! I would do it ASAP! I give you my best wishes!
