Anybody knows anything about the soundtrack to the movie "fishtales" with billy zane?

i'm especially looking for title and/or artist of the theme song with one line of the lyrics being "the ocean never lies"

(and btw. no - it's not in the credits - i tried that first, of course. and of course i tried imdb already, too)

Found it! It's called Ocean Lies by Alki David (who is also the director of the movie)
