how do you change your email address on your account , without losing everything on yahoo answers?

Edit your profile. I just had a look at editing my profile and when you bring up your profile it gives you a choice to add another e-mail address. Add a new one and tick the box as your preference. Send an e-mail to yahoo asking the same question prior to losing your points.

I am not sure I completely understand what you want to do. But I am a little tired so forgive me if the instructions below are not really what you are wanting. First you need to sign in under the yahoo id you used to create the yahoo answers account.

Click on “my account” just under welcome (username) at the top of the screen.

A yahoo answers screen will come up asking you to verify your password.

Select edit beside Email Information that will take you to the email accounts you currently have associated with your yahoo answers accounts.

The one on top should already be a yahoo account, which you would not need change due to getting a new service provider. However, the email options for sending information to you isp email account might need to change if you are receiving information from y/a via your isp email id.

Click Options top right of your Mail page, then click Mail or More Options. On the list to the left click Accounts.then click on Yahoo mail, and change the from name, you can change the reply to address as well, click Save Changes, upper left. This way you can keep everything the same without losing emails or contacts. Just your name will be changed.

AH, I'm trying to do the same thing, and wow you have much much much more to loose than me, ive tried many things and all the email thing in your settings does it change the email that account send stuff to (ie new answer to a question or somethin) i dont think there is a way but if you find one please contact me! :(

I am pretty confident that it will work with your new e-mail. Start a new account and ask this question so many times that you will get the answer

Print out your contact sheet, then you find them if you lose any of them

Your Yahoo address/account should work with any ISP

If the Profile doesn't work, try the "Settings" option on your 360.
