Question

someone waz playing with my ipod and they put screen lock on and now i have to restore it but i wanna save my songs to a playlist on i tunes so that that stuff save even after  i restore it

If you restore your iPod due to forgetting your "password" once the screen lock is on, the only way to get back to your iPod is to restore it.
But, before you try to restore it, plug your iPod up to the computer you FIRST plugged it into, (reformatted computers won't work) then unplug it. Once unplugged, it should be unlocked.

All you have to do is this

Toggle the hold switch on then off

Press and hold the Menu and select buttons for 7 seconds.
