My mom is about 40 years old and she has had a back-ache for 3 weeks. She is doing many exercises but it doesn't become better. What should she do? Please don't say she should go to the doctor and check it.

look up back massages on google that might help slightly with it I'm very sorry there are no good doctors in your country :(
