Can you estimate the market price on this townhome??
It was built in 2004 in Florida. It is a two story townhome with 1600 sq. feet of living space. It is 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. All new carpet, new appliances, and tile throughout. It is very very clean. I am curious what an average market price would be on something like this?? Any ideas?? I just want to see if the price I was told was correct. (189,800) Too much, too little, or about right??
Don't worry, I will be getting it appraised, just wondering what you think.

ITs probably worth 155K right now, but I wouldn't pay anymore than 125K... You need to low ball anything in Florida to hedge against depreciation, bad economy and a downturned market and more downturning... In other words, your appraisal may come in at 155K this week, but next year it may come in at 110K because of the market.. Florida is really getting hit bad.. I am hunting for deals everyday here in Florida.. Also, forget the townhouse, buy a house.. They will get cheaper.. Good luck

Too little information to even take a guess. One of the thintgs to do it to check recent sales in the neighborhood at realtor.com
