Recent weather reports for a specific town in the UK(!!!) does anyone know where I can find info?

http://www.wunderground.com/ is a good start - if you need help with finding a station near you let me know and I'll help you - the data is free

However if the data needs to be certified by court it needs to be done through www.met-office.gov.uk and can be £150ish for the data.

Have you tried asking Google?

You could also try the Met-Office and see what's in their archive for a given calendar period.

You could try your local library for past news papers which had the weather forecast. These should be acceptable by the courts if you were lucky enough for them to predict it correctly.

I have not had chance to check it out but you could try the Met office web site and see if they have past records.
