iTtunes - When buying songs from iTunes is it possible to burn CDs?

Yes you can burn the media through iTunes. Just put it on a playlist and burn like you would with any other songs.

Also, the nice thing about burning purchased songs is that it removes the copy protection on the burned copies. It's kind of a loophole that Apple left open.

Well it really depends. I enjoy buying CDs if I have the money for it & it's supporting the bands I love by buying a physical copy, however I get them from Itunes if I can't find what I'm looking for. However lately I've been downloading from youtube with the program dvd video soft which isn't illegal so I'm guilt free :) If you are poor & can't afford anything except food then this really is the only option to get more music. Sooo to answer the question I do a bit of everything except the downloading illegally since dvd video soft is legal.

Yes, you can burn CD's from songs you purchase, and they will play on car players, most other computers, but you are limited to a number of burns.

If I recall, buying songs, then burning them to CD, and loading them back into the PC from that disc...unlocked Apple's stupid "locked" MP3 format. ;)

i am not sure but i do know of another program on which you can do that the program is called limewire, all you have to do is go to limewire.com and download the free version

(it is totally free no strings) and then you can find your music download it and burn it to a cd.
