i need some infor of what a pegan is or does?

The word you use (pegan) does not exist in any known language.

You may mean either "pagan" ( a non-Christian) or Piegan (one of the tribes making up the Blackfoot Confederacy). Pagans are simply people who believe in Gods other than the Christian God and is more accurately an historical term for people like the pagan Norse, the pagan Slavs and so on before their conversion to Christianity. Today it is a fashionable term for pseudo-witches and warlocks (more to do with fantasy than reality).

The Piegan (pronounced Pay-gun) are a branch of the Blackfoot or Siksika tribe of northern Montana and into Canada; today they live like all modern Americans in houses, their children go to school and they do their best to preserve their traditions and culture. Together with the Kainah or Blood tribe and true Blackfoot, they make up the Blackfoot Confederacy.

Everyone's definition of a pagan is kind of different. To me, pagan seems like a bad name given to someone who doesn't believe in the Christian version of God. A pagan could do anything...they're people. I've heard some wiccans call themselves pagans and that sort of thing. If you really need information, do some research online or get a book.
