Have you ever felt a sense of defeat after having spent a good deal of effort and concentration into answering a question and then you click post and the screen comes back "that question has been deleted'? Has this ever happened to you?
Wow - guess it's happened to a lot of us. Becky - I posted it here because it recently happened to me here twice so was wondering if other LGBT contributors had the same experience

It is kind a degrading,,,,,You try to get the best of you, sometimes, to answer the question and when you finally say submit you instantly feel inferior. It happens, and what is curious, is that it always happens when I answer with long thoughtful answers.

Yeah I hate that. I also hate when I've gotten a lot of thumbs up for my answer and the question is deleted later. That stinks!

Yes, and have also had my answer not post because the questioner picked a best answer as I was typing my answer.

yeah. T_T I spend 15 minutes typing up links for research for this person and then the quesiton was deleted
