Well I'm not exactly sure how far you've gotten, but to my knowledge(I'm somewhere between volume 3&4) Ann is with Daigo and they had sex, but Shika is starting to like Daigo and Fuji has liked Ann for a long time and Daigo hit him when he found out and then Ann and Daigo had sex. Hope this helps! Oh. And there's going to be more volumes, I think 5.
