Why are Americans so scared?

Our media sells fear constantly. Fear and sex are what draw the public to ingest the media swill like moths to a flame. Why this occurs I do not know.

No news sells like bad news.

Were not really scared of anything but Our Goverment. Other than that were (Or atleast me) Fearless.

I hate the us govm't there just treating us like slaves in theire game of Give me More Money.

Why are Americans so scared?

I don't know I'll have to ask myself this generalizing question one day until then I'm going to live my life happy and unafraid.

Americans are no more scared than any other people; all of us have similar fears. What a stupid question.

I am not scared of too much. Some snakes and spiders but as you are vague in your question this will have to do.

Because we're all stupid fat people who believe everything the government controlled media tells us ...

government tends to have control over things. Its like w/e they say, americans do. eventhough it is democracy...we shud be controling it.

Not that I dont have an answer; its just that this question isnt worth one.

Just because it's, ya know, really stupid.

Because we watch the news and horror flicks.
