I'm kinda going through that too. I keep looking for fun things to do that will spice it up. I keep trying to make date nights (that unfortunately don't often pan out). I liked the ballroom dancing idea, but also you can try romantic dinners out, movies, go to the beach or lake, a theme park or something that you did when you first started dating. Vacations are the best bet, they really allow you to have some one on one time and when you're on vacation you do touristy things and dinners out.
